On a mid-spring day I arrived at Oatlands in Loudoun County Va, to shoot a Senior Portrait Photographer session near Leesburg Virginia. The gardens on the grounds of Oatlands are awesome, especially during spring. Its a great place to shoot senior portraits too, or any kind of portrait for that matter really. There are plenty of amazing areas and spots to shoot, with flowers and trees, ponds and paths, and all sorts of great backdrops. This particular day we arrived early to beat the crowds, I set up some quick gear and fired away for about an hour and a half. I almost cant decide what backdrop I like best!
The 2nd set of photos were shot on a cold blustery late fall day. I drove to a metro station in Fairfax Virginia for a Portrait Photographer shoot in Fairfax County. My client showed up shortly after on one of the trains and we meet in the middle of the evening rush hour to capture some portraits. It was cold, the wind was blowing, there were lots of passengers arriving and departing, definitely an exciting environment and cool atmosphere to shoot in!
